Five of our Transition Year students, Zac Wallace, Marcus Conroy, Alex Healy, Taha Siddique, and Ahmed Baig will be travelling to Colorado on Saturday 13th July to spend a week in Colorado State University.

Otter Products sponsors the trip for the overall winners of the Cork City Student Enterprise Programme and for the second year in a row, students from CSN have had the opportunity to avail of this fantastic prize.

Their business, “Comhar Cards” has created an enjoyable quiz card game that promotes learning Irish in a new and very engaging way.

The boys will take part in the OtterCares Global Business Academy Programme for a week to further develop their business idea and leadership skills. They will also meet with local and global business executives to obtain very useful insights and possible opportunities.

Our students from “Good to Grow” who attended the programme in 2023 really enjoyed the experience and we have no doubt that “Comhar Cards” will benefit enormously also.

We wish them and their teacher Ms Karen Callanan a very safe and enjoyable visit to Colorado!
