There was a gorgeous aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the school canteen on the 17th & 19th May as groups of T.Y. students took part in a Barista training programme.
During the course Carmel, their instructor showed them how to make espressos, lattes and cappuccinos and some of the Staff members were treated to their morning coffees.
Mr ‘Coffey’ was the first teacher to sample the coffee!
Well done to them all and we hope their families enjoy the benefits of their Barista training!
