Our Senior Football team were in action on Wednesday 18th October against Macroom in the Quarter-Final of the Simcox Cup.

The match went ahead despite Storm Babet and was played on the 4G in Bishopstown GAA. Conditions were tough but CSN overcame Macroom on a scoreline of 3.11 to 1.06 and secured a place in the Semi-Final!

The preliminary around of the Simcox Cup took place two weeks ago and CSN came away with a win against Skibbereen Community School after extra time. The final score was 1.14 to 1.10.

Corn Uí Mhuirí is the next competition to focus on and CSN will face Hamilton High School Bandon in their first group D game which will take place in a few weeks.

We will also face Tralee CBS, and will meet Skibbereen Community School again in the 3rd group game in November.

Well done to the Team and Coaches and wishing them the very Best of Luck in the upcoming Corn Uí Mhuirí matches and Simcox Cup Semi-Final!
