Heading for the slopes!
Our TY students left Cork on Sunday morning and began navigating the Austrian ski slopes bright and early on Monday morning. This is a fantastic opportunity for our students and we wish Mr O’Sullivan, staff and students the very best in the week ahead.
Day 1 – Monday, 5th February
After a long day of travelling through the picturesque Brenner Pass on Sunday, the boys settled in to their hotel rooms with their friends.
The boys then tucked into a buffet dinner, after which they got an early night in preparation for today’s ski fit and four hours of ski lessons.
There was a palpable sense of excitement to begin skiing amongst the students, who were amazed by the alpine slopes as they entered the hotel yesterday evening. They made great progress today on the slopes and will advance tomorrow to greater challenges.
Tonight, they will watch a movie in the hotel together.
